My beautiful handpainted dragonfly ostrich egg has been given a lot of color and dimension by rolling and swirling the egg shell through several acrylic paint colors. I've used 2 different shades of browns, beige, white, gold and silver. Then the colors were partially rubbed off, giving a very interesting affect as well as a great background for my design.

The egg measure 7" x 5.5" and comes with the stand shown. I've painted a dragonfly, surrounded by fall leaves and adorned with swarovski crystals swirling around the design. The egg has lots of metallic shine to it because I've used a lot of gold and silver paint.

Eggs are a great collectible and also make wonderful gifts.
